I provide individual therapy for adult women only. My work is focused on supporting women who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or relationship struggles. I do not see children, teens, couples, or families. My practice is dedicated to helping women strengthen their sense of self and navigate life with more clarity and confidence.

Yes. I see clients in person at my Franklin office and may also provide online therapy for women located in Tennessee when it’s clinically appropriate. Together, we’ll decide whether in-person or online sessions are the best fit for your needs.

I currently see clients on Mondays and Wednesdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Appointment times are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If these times don’t fit your schedule, you’re welcome to reach out and I’ll let you know if additional availability opens in the future.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Many clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Over time, we may adjust the frequency based on your needs, progress, and goals. Some clients continue weekly or bi-weekly while others move to monthly or as-needed check-ins over time.

Sessions are $140 per 50-minute session. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose to pay privately, and some are able to use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. If you’d like to explore this option, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company.
Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed, as it depends on your individual plan and insurance provider. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made with a credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card. A limited number of sliding scale slots may be available. Please ask during our consultation if you’d like to learn more.

The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some women come for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others choose to continue longer as part of their ongoing growth and support. Factors like your goals, the pace of our work, and what feels most helpful to you will guide the process. We’ll check in regularly about how therapy is going so you can make the decision that feels right for you.
