This Website is hosted by Squarespace, which provides industry-standard security features including automatic SSL/TLS certificates, HTTPS enforcement, and secure hosting infrastructure.

Information submitted through the contact form is transmitted to my Business Gmail account and also stored in Google Drive for administrative purposes. These systems are not HIPAA-compliant. While Google uses security measures such as encryption, no online system is completely risk-free. Please do not include protected health information (PHI) in the contact form or by email. Current clients should use the secure client portal for therapy-related communication.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Website and counseling services are intended for adults. I do not provide counseling to individuals under the age of 18. This Website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information through this Website, we will delete it promptly.
